Sticky wallpaper

I’m not sure where I should post this, as I don’t know what is making my computer do this. I want to change my wallpaper and something is causing me to get the same wallpaper ever time I restart my computer. I have a widows blind running that I like a lot and I think that it may have a wallpaper associated with it. Ihad a desktopx running that I thought I had taken off, but there could still be something from there causing the problem. I know this is probably simple to fix but I might take me hours to figure it out so any help would be most appreciated.

Go to windowblinds settings and uncheck the option to use any wallpapers supplied with windowblinds. The same in Desktop X there is a place to not use the wallpaper supplied (not 100% sure but pretty sure).

Also, .png wallpapers can cause a dual wallpaper issue sometimes.
