WinCustomize Browser problem

Sunday, March 26, 2006 by Hapkido | Discussion: WinCustomize Site Issues

I have a problem trying to update the "Libraries" section of my WinCustomize Browser and the "Comments" feature isn't working either. When I first open the browser, I am automatically logged in and then the download dialog displays but then fails with the following error: "There was an error downloading the selected library, please try again". I've shutdown my firewall, flushed dns cache, deleted TIF's, etc., etc. but still no go??
Version currently installed: 2.00a[b].003. I have a similar problem with Stardock Central as well.

Not knowing who/where to report the problem, I'm posting it here.

Bichur,

Tried that and no go! But I just noticed that there was an update for WinCustomize Browser, so I went ahead and grabbed it and now everything is working fine. Who knows? But it's working again and I'm happy.

I can loggin with my wincustomize browser but can't update the library's. They came like there's no update. I can't even enter the subscribers resources, it gives me an error "COM object with CLSID {73A90732-C225-45C3-8E15-C6DA441FDDA0} is either not valid or not registered."
