An odd problem

I've been using WindowsBlinds for quite some time until it fails
to change skin.
Only the bluish WinXP theme could apply normally ( which is not very pleasent
)
Everytime i try to change to the desired skin, it is indeed loaded; however,
the out come is not what i needed. ( it changes to traditional windows theme, even i choose Noir or other themes )
What could be the problem? ( My WB is freeware version, is this problem normal when the trial time is expired? )

In my opinion ObjectDesktop is the most cost effective way to go with all the programs that are included.
