Does bootskin restart peoples computers on bootup?

I was just curious. Ive had this problem with bootskin , ever since I started using it , sometimes when windows tries to load , a stop error occurs and a hard reset happens and then happens again for another time , before becoming normal and booting normally..
If this sounds confusing , it probably is , I dont know how to stop it. Ive tried all alternate versions of bootskin and get the occasional loop around stop error crash stuff on startup.
