Downloading

skins are idownloaded to a temporary file in .wba formatnot.zip format when I use Explorer to search for the file after the download I can't find itWhere is this temporary file ?
I also have a folder (not a file) named skinname.wba, when I want to install the skin as my current skin, the dialog box put the skinname.wba into a "Look in" box but not the Open box but the open box remains blank so I can't open it. I would appreciate some help on this basic chore.
