A minor annoyance

Installation from SDC

Saturday, March 11, 2006 by Phoon | Discussion: Stardock Support General

Whenever I install a component of Object Desktop and wish to create it in the All Users group I am presented with this choice.

This has been an ongoing issue for a long time. %ALLUSERPROGRAMS% is not even a correct variable is it?

The problem has been fixed internally, thanks for reporting it.

I beg to differ with you bagginz. I just updated WB5 tonight to the build that came out on 3-14. I got the same result.
One should note that if you manually remove the %ALLUSERPROGRAMS% variable then hit the check box at the bottom then yes, the problem will never reappear. I don't check it because I want a tad of control where things are put.

I think bagginz is talking about a new SDC build, not a WB one.
