Tuesday, March 7, 2006 by MIKE0314 | Discussion: WindowBlinds
I am looking for a windowblind that has a startmenu, and the other stuff, but NO bar...So that its like the startbutton, and programs are just on the background...I have seen a lot of the new WB5 look stuff where it is transparent, to an extent, but i am looking for a sking where the actuall bar is COMPLETELY transparent..so that it doesn't even look likes its their...
Thanks

You can alter any 5.0 skin to have a fully transparent taskbar by editing the image itself to gbet the desired transparency. I have tried it as an experiment and it looked like poo.

Well...why not MIKE890314 then? [or there-abouts].
Being in a position to be confused with MikeB314 is not a good thing....
If it's for online gaming and 'almost everything' then consider that the 'MikeB314' is used by a long-time skinner throughout the entire skinning community...and I'm sure he'd be glad to be 'Fred Bloggs' or whatever if he ventured into your 'gaming' circles.
Call it an act of goodwill towards these particular skinning communities. A nick change is a simple process....

MIKE0314 ....it'd probably be appreciated if you were to choose a somewhat different 'Nick'.
Your current one appears too 'coincidentally similar' to be plausible....
