What program do i need to load up taskbars from desktopx files like GridscapeDx by boxxi i cannot hide my taskbar and i wanna make my own taskbar. so what program do i need

odd. never saw one that couldn't hide.
a good graphics program & depending on what you want/like/are looking for: DesktopX, Skinstudio (for WB) or ObjectBar

No i know how to get them what program do i use to simply edit my taskbar colors and design and all of that
