IconX trouble

For a while the latest built of IconX has been working, but since a few days I keep getting error messages when I try to load it, like this one:
When I delete all files in Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\IconX, then the program starts. And it runs, until I apply any theme.
Here's some PC info:
Windows XP SP2, all updates installed
Intel Pentium 4 3,06 GHz
1024 MB RAM
ATI Radeon 9600
MS 6788 Mainboard with Intel Chipset
Apogee Icon Suite installed
Any ideas?

I'm guessing that's a memory error?
Does anyone know if smart Exception grabs any useful information in that instance?
Oh well. . . it can't hurt.
Inge, in SDC | Free Stuff there's an app called SmartException. Install that and next time IconX crashes grab the *.cra file if it exsists and send that to [email protected]
