create your own bootskins and logons

I am really new to this bootskin and logon studio and some people have made some nice skins and logons. I want to make or create my own so maybe I can submit them to the sites how do I go about doing this.

If you open any of the programs above and goto help there's a small tuturial there, There very basic but enough to get you started. Good luck.
