Stardock Central - Unable to update windowblinds stops at downloading wbsys.dll_ 99% complete

I have just installed Stardock Central and am updating some of my installed applications. One of them is WindowBlinds v4.5 -> the latest v4.x version. I have tried changing the update/download server to each of the three listed, and all stop at 99% it eventually times out while trying to download wbsys.dll_
I'm only updating to the latest v4.x version since whene I installed the v5.00 version (Yes, legit version) I have major problems with any skins and using remote desktop. I use remote desktop to my home machine on a daily basis, so remote desktop needs to work with skins applied, or else I need to unload windowblinds, and restart the machine each time I want to make a remote connection to the home machine with wb5 installed on it.
Any ideas?
