You have to explain this...is/was there a prob w/Microsoft Antispy?

MS put out an AntiSpy update & renamed it Windows Defender. I decided to uninstall the app formerly known as MS AntiSpyware before installing the update.
A little later I found out about the CCleaner update, so I installed it & ran the CCleaner Issues feature which cleans up the registry. There was quite a bit of leftover MS AntiSpy stuff to get rid of...

Great! thanks aimzzzz! Windows Defender?? Going to check that out...have MS antispy right now.

Anytime you uninstall programs, do updates etc,etc you are going to have registry issues to clean out.. What Aimzzz experienced was perfectly normal.. No probs with MS or Ccleaner....
