sysmetrix weather

sorry guys but someone has probably asked this one before. After much time reading previous threads and using trial and error and by using the right click mouse button, I am finding it next to impossible to add UK weather onto any of the skins I have downloaded into the c\programfiles\sysmetrix\themes path.
Any ideas sinne there doesn't seem to be anywhere to set the place where you are trying to find?
