Oddness when I minimize to tile

I just installed the new beta {YEAH!!!}
System settings:
Your video card is: SAPPHIRE RADEON 9200SE ATLANTIS 128MB

Do you have SP2?
I assume WFX is not excluded from WB (it must not be)

just tested again on desktop machine and i get the same error here too (a64 3500+, 1gb ram, x850xt). both machines run WinXP Pro with SP2.

I get the same error with tiles. They look messed up.
WinXP SP2, WB5, WFX is excluded in WB. (I restarted WFX after excluding it from WB)

WFX not excluded.
Double tiling on per pixel skins - also seems to affect wallpaper on right click, properties - open and then close and wall has redrawn section that doesn't always match what was there.
Tiling seems to work (and on wall issue) on non perpix skins
