You have to unzip the folder and place it into the skins folder in the rainlender directory.

Thanks for that, Island Dog. That is where I did unzip the file to. Is it supposed to show up when I right click on the icon in the tray and then select skins?

It should show up in the skins list. Make sure that the skins are in a folder in the skins menu.
