DX needs to fix that.. look in the forums, there have to be 50 threads on that in there.
There is some bug in DX in one of the versions that cause the hands not to show up.

It works by clicking on the BUTTONS on the snowmans chest, and if those dont work, you might want to see if your version of DX is working at all.
