How are you guys makin' theses new boots these days. They dl fine, they preview perfect but when it comes time to go to work ------------ they fall apart and look like a mixture of clumped up , colored sand ---------- and don't animate either. ????? Never had a problem until now and not all do it. Yours does though. All of'em!

Problem is next: your p.bmp file is in RGB color (full palette, not same with XF.bmp)
