Preview for a bootskin should be a jpg of the 16 color image, not full color as you have used. The skin looks nowhere near what the full color preview does, all the color on Vista flag is washed out.
I would suggest you update preview so people will see how skin really looks.

you could have used a better vista globe logo for this bootskin,
the one you used got washed out when you provided the 16 color preview,
since this is 16 shades of blue, you could have gotten much better results with a properly rendered vista globe logo. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice bootskin but it could have been done better. You could always re-work it in the future and re-release a version 2.0 of it - I would look forward to it �

is this the 16 color preview image, or is that a full color preview image?
