I have my original png file you can have to disect all you want to prove this.
I checked your link that you provided above.
Your image is very similar but my image is based on a vista bkgrnd that is actually teal & gold, I added a vista globe logo in the center with energy glow and inner shadow and then exported the image as a black & white image and then edited said image and adjusted the color hue/saturation to the color blue shown in the image. (hue 220, saturation 100)
I will upload images to show the work that I did and email you the png for you to view the separate layers before the color hue adjustment if necessary. The original wall I used as my bkgrnd was smaller than 1024x768 and I stretched the image accordingly to reach the 1024 resolution.
vista aurora teal & gold bkgrnd with globe logo (1024x768):

same image converted to greyscale before color hue/saturation change to blue:

blue image created from greyscale image by changing color hue (adjustments made: color hue 220, saturation 100):

A preview pic of your image from the link you provided, similar to mine but not exact, your image contains a vista text logo at the bottom, if I had edited your image, there would be some clue to the revision, plus my image has more detail in the ripple effect to the left side of the image whereas your is faded out. If I used your image, I doubt I could have made my image clearer & more detailed than your original image.

I am happy to email you my png file which contains all of the images used in different layers so you can see first hand that I didn't steal your material. The vista aurora teal & gold bkgrnd itself is available freely at the vistaultimate.com website - you cannot lay claim to creating that image yourself. Please retract your statements immediately after determining what I have said to be true.

- I wish someone could help me with that, it's not my pc, I've tried my machines at home, at work and friends, etc. - they all produce the same results.
