It's all Avedesk + SysStats. The system info there is a modified sysstats config (made to be more minimalist, text only). The large icons are just the pidlshortcut.

i checked out the avedesk basics. i would love to make a my computer like the one u have. i can do it if i just type it all out but id love to do it the way u do
