what WAS new on it (since this is an older skin now), newer windowframes, improved start panel, new titlebar buttons (min/max/close), new taskbar and taskbar buttons, improved start button, the inclusion of several action buttons plus a ton of other improvements, the entire skin was basically overhauled.
