couple of things stand out to me.. user pic isnt centered and after mousing over right side of start panel it is leaving lines on the panel itself.
worthy effort though Butch, keep em coming.!

I love this skin!!!
Have an odd one for you. My command buttons don't look like your screen shot, they look like the default Vista buttons.
No biggie, but I like you buttons better

Thank you everybody for your comments. VStyler. The user pic is off because thats the way I like it. If you would like to center it open SkinStudio and set it 413 or 414 that should center it. As for lines on the start panel you got me scratching my head here as its not doing that here. One thing I could think of is that it could be a little too much transparency. Try setting it with less transparency and see if that helps. AGain, thanks everyone for your comments...

Yeah, it looks great, and I want it, but why oh why no XP? I hope vista only skins isn't the shape of things to come.

humm it works on my xpcept start button is a little over sized and sence i use task bar on top it interferes with look of start menu but usually auto-hide the task bar

I've got it running under XP (I use the classic start menu, no icons) and it looks good to me. I like the blues...
