Beautiful WindowBlind. One note: on the plain sub skin the Menu Bar text titles in Outlook Express do not show. Entire area is gray. The Tool Bar is OK. Control Panel, Windows Explorer,etc. are all OK.

Thank you, lgspence, DigitalCHET, and Jeff T. This is probably one of the most feminine blinds I'v made in a while. However, I did include Plain substyles for anyone who would rather not have the roses.

jazzymjr, I fixed the problem. As I said, the Menu bar commands: File, Edit, View, Tools Help were not visible in Outlook Express, ie., were the same color as the background (but the links were active), so I changed the Menu text to black in Skin Studio and all is well.

I'm glad you were able to fix the text color problem. That is really weird...I guess Outlook Express doesn't like to be skinned.

Thank you so much,cplair! This blind would not even be in existance if it weren't for buzh58 and Fairyy~'s beautiful skins! I really enjoy collaborating with other people. I cannot make everything....I do a fair job with blinds, and I want to stay with that. Hopefully, we will be collaborating again in the future.
