Please will you make more for all the other countries that have suffered horrific terrorist attacks. Your other works are much better than this, maybe if you did something more tastefull and a bit more sombre.

I'm am glad to see this, makes me proud. I have been serving my country for 10 years! It pisses me the heck off to see someone write "maybe if you did something more tastefull and a bit more sombre", well hopefully they catch one between the eyes!!!

Give me a break! Time to move on! Why are Americans so quick to draw attention to their own tragedies and yet ignore all others? I know this comment is going to fly in the face of popular opinion, but, the US is NOT the centre of the universe and most countries could care less what you do or think.

Thank you for the comments - good or not so good. I would just like to add that, of course I deeply feel for ANY country that suffers a horrific attack or event. Whenever there are casulties and loss, no matter where it is, people suffer. We are all human beings , no matter what color or race we are or what country we are from. But I am proud to be an american, and America is my home, and thats what prompted me to make this skin. This skin in no way signifies any adverse feelings against the terrorists, their country, or their fellow countrymen. Its only pupose is to express my feelings for America, which since 9/11 have become so much stronger.

Im sorry this skin is causing controversy. Not my intent at all. (see my comment). I just thought others might like a skin depicting the US. If it continues to provoke controversy however, I will consider removing it.

Jennifer...since when do we ignore all others?Seems to me America is always the first to respond to any tragedy with aid,even countries we dont particlarly care for.If someone from somewhere besides America put up something comemorating some tragic event I doubt a single American would have had the rudeness to respond as you did.If they had we would be ashamed of them.911 wasnt just an attack on the US ,it was an attack on EVERYONE.Crissy ,please dont let them get you down.You done good girl!

Sheesh, this is just a skin made by a US citizen and this is a web site in the US owned by a US company so such a skin can be considered relevant here. But walls of various nation's flags have been also posted on this site (by a Canadian) without people having a cow as a result.
If the Brits had such an attack occur recently and someone posted a memorial skin here, I doubt you'd see these kinds of remarks here. Make and post a skin memorializing the Battle of Britain (which is not a bad idea btw, "finest hour" and all that) and I doubt someone would say, "get over it." If the skin was well done, probably the skin would be appreciated even if the occasion was not well known to all since history isn't everyone's subject.
At least show some respect for the author and this site which you evidently use.

BTW I think I recall the most nonUS casualties in 911 were British. I doubt their families are "over it."
