For Xtreme, the wallpaper is changed automatically when you switch themes. For Nexus and Nexus Ultimate, you have to manually apply the wallpaper: on the Themes tab of Preferences, change the combo box from Themes to Wallpapers. This will make the Themes tab list all the available wallpapers.

was wondering how to get the cpu meter, net meter and weather? they all still appear normal after applying theme...

Just Google Winstep, or go to http://www.winstep.net
The Desktop Meter modules are part of Winstep Xtreme, and are not available in Nexus nor Nexus Ultimate.

That's the Shelf (tabbed dock). Available in Winstep Xtreme and Nexus Ultimate.
