This may sound stupid, as I am an OD user/member since ages, but I still don't know the difference(s) between a Curtain and a WB. Is it possible to explain in a few words?

Arno.. Curtains skins windows differently than windowblinds - more like applying a windows built-in 'theme'. It can't skin much of the OS (frames, start menu, task bar), but it knits with the dark/light theming of windows. WB basically skins almost everything of the OS so it gives a more complete experience.
