I am thinking aobut buying it, but when I install some skins, my text seems to be small beneath my desktop icons.  There must be some kind of setting to set the size of text.  Can you enlighten me before I purchase this, Tom (is it)?  Not just your skins but a whole lot of others.  I think it has to do with setting.  Thanks.

All my fonts are set at size 12 Steve. So why the desktop icons seem small to you, I have no idea. That is pretty well a standard size used by most skinners.

Cool blind Tom, Bit "Mac" looking

There must be some kind of setting to set the size of text..

Note, When changing the Windows explorer text some skins start menues break up when it's enlarged.

Thanks for info.  I know that 12 is the standard text size, but even with glasses, my eyesight is not the best.  Will purchase this skin now and rate it a 5.  Thankns.

You can also make the font bigger in the Color, Fonts area of WB Steve if you need to.

But unfortunately, it does not change the explorer icons font size.

This is the first theme I've paid for so I'm hoping for a little help here. Primarily, the theme doesn't seem to work quite right with Firefox (latest version) and tabs. There seems to be a bar at the bottoms of all the tabs where the theme isn't getting applied. I've seen this with a couple of other themes but most of them do NOT have this issue where the bottom half of all the tabs are basically "unthemed" either with the selected color or selected texture.

Copy/paste this link (and X out of the popup to login, it's not needed) https://www.dropbox.com/s/i5cq8wyexg60nv0/Capture2.PNG?dl=0 to see the image. (I've highlighted the problem area in red) This is without having any add-ons that effect tabs installed, etc. Please help! Thanks!

Unfortunately darcilicious Firefox has always had a problem with Windowblinds, both Firefox and Thunderbird have issues. The only things you might try is excluding Firefox in Windowblinds settings, changing the Firefox theme, or both. I know with Thunderbird though that I had to not go beyond using version 28, otherwise this problem occurs. This problem occurs in Windows 7 and 8.1. I have not tried in Windows 10 yet because Windwoblinds does not work properly in it yet.

My personal resolve for the Firefox issue was to switch to Google Chrome and change the theme in it.

But other themes don't have this same problem. What's the difference? Laguna for example works perfectly.

Did you look at my screenshot? Would you like to look at the screenshot of the Laguna theme work perfectly with Firefox? Would that help you address this issue?

Is it possible to get refund if you're not going to address this at all??

My personal resolve for the Firefox issue was to switch to Google Chrome and change the theme in it.

Perhaps this is a note you could put with your themes -- that you don't bother with theming browsers like other themers do. Had I known, it's very unlikely I would have bought this theme.

So I've done a little more research. I only have two themes that show this issue with Firefox: Solstice and Tracker -- both of them are yours. I think this is something you can address. Please?

These themse work PERFECTLY with Firefox: Laguna, Latuna, Diamond, Echo, Corporate and Modern.

I'd be happy to help by testing, etc Thanks and let me know.

Sorry darcilicious, but I have the same issues with skins that do not come with Windowblinds. I already addressed this issue to Stardock support, because this issue also occurs in Mozzilla Thunderbird 38.

Have you tried any skins by other authors that do not come with Windowblinds? Do any skins that don't come with Windowblinds work correctly for you? All the skins that you say do work come with Windowblinds, so I imagine Stardock did something with Windowblinds that is screwing things up. They just said they fixed this type of issue with Google Chrome when they released Windowblinds 8.13, but now there are a lot more problems with Firefox and Thunderbird.

Also, are you on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1? 32 or 64bit?

It is not my skins causing this as far as I can tell, it is an issue with Windowblinds itself. The skins that come with it work fine, other skins do not, and I have no idea why as they are all made the same way.

You should perhaps address this issue to support@stardock.com and wait for a non-automated reply. As far as a refund, that would be up to Stardock personnel, not me, I have no control over this site.

Thanks for following up, I really appreciate it!

Laguna comes with WindoBlinds? Hrm... Here's one I just downloaded, no issues with Firefox:

http://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowblinds/7520/ "Prelude" by essorant (http://www.wincustomize.com/users/444/essorant). These themes by the same themer also work: Zone and Meridian but there are issues with Criterion. (I'm sitcking with Meridian at the moment with your wallpapers   Looks good! )

So it seems possible? But I don't know what the trick is.

I will contact Stardock support as well. Let me know if you'll be looking at any of these additional themes that work to see if anything can be done from your end.

Thanks again for following up, I really appreciate your time on this!

P.S. you don't get the money when people purchase your themes? That seems... odd?
