As I figured out on my system, Winodws XP; taskbar must be set for skin to size not large or small to show icons and clock in this skin.

That fix aside, this is not an xp skin. I assume no responsibility for misplaced WBA files,LOL.
This skin has tons of text and margin adjustments which have very little wiggle room.Also, in xp, would be missing lots of features and vbe very distorted, your choice though.

I love the colors but can not get it to lineup with windows 8 the shutdown button way to far over to left

That is because it was made for windows 7.You could use Start 8, and download some start buttons.
Sorry, I have only windows Seven.
