wow, i'm really amazed! not have i seen such an elegant skin in a while, not to mention it's not a master skin. i'm not sure on what i like THE most about this skin, but there's a fair chance that it is the close button 
well, anyways, all the button... all of it. if i'd have to point out the only thing which isn't far greater than pretty much 90% of all the skins i've seen yet, it'd be the start menu "all programs" thingy.

This skin is very intresting........ 
I like much metallic skins,but you must correct the scrollbarthumbgripper bug,the magic pink color is the only thing i dislike 
,the rest is ok!

I'm talkin'about the scrollbarthumbgrippers,they are surrounded of magic pink,is like have a Ferrari with one scratch.......as i said this skin is wonderful!,i like it very much,for me this is the only thing to correct and i appreciate a lot your works,yu got talent!By the way i'm using xp

Ok i believe to know what's the problem........ You made glyph of the scrollbar like .tga and the scrollbar .bmp You can convert the scrollbar .bmp into .tga and apply alpha channel I think Alpha blending with magic pink could create this problem..... (
