The wallpaper is included in the blind....see wallpaper section in your windowblinds or check the setting of your wb and turn "Apply the wallpaper include in this skin"

It's a good looking skin and nice to see something in red. There are too many blue, black, dark blue, silver, glass skins out there so this is refreshing. I was just curious though why it says "by Stardock Design" when previewed in WindowBlinds instead of Sc4rfy? Because I have several other WindowBlinds by you but this is the first identifying "Stardock Design" as it's creator.
