I'm running this in Vista Ultimate x64 with Windowsblind 6 in 1200 x 1080, and the start orb seem's to cut off everytime I select it. Also my icons down the bottom in the task pane are cut off, like I can only see half of my "connected to blah blah network" icon. When I select the all programs button, aka chemeical destruct, a grey box comes up. Which looks a little inconsistent with artistic design of the rest of the skin. I'm guessing you left that in for all the people with a "user friendly" hard on, but personally I think that remaining with the artistic and dark theme would have made this look much better.
Otherwise it works extremely well. Looks very nice and smooth. I hope you continue your work on windowsblind, as I've seen your blinds start small and begin to slowly flourish, I'm sure the next one will be excellent.
