If you have already WB installed on your PC, just click "download" above right, run the file. The easier way to apply WB skin is to click on the appearing tooltip on your system tray. That's all !

I always download direct without reading the descriptions and I must say the sound effects slightly gave me a bit of a scare... hehehe! Just the kind of scare I like! This skin looks nice. And I do not see any Vista usability problems either. Great Work!
