Igspence , can you tell me the screen resolution your sister use ?
I made this theme on a 1920x1200 , so, if she uses 1024x768, you'll never get such a fine theme as on my preview ! I think its normal.
About fonts : wich font do you find too big ? some of them, or all of them? Because the solution may be on WindowsXP advanced settings, or in Skinstudio...

very nice theme, only problem i have is when i went to use my disk defragmeter and then analyzed my pc the pop up where it say whether or not i need to defragment covers my whole screen i tried moving it up to see if anything would show up but nothing 
to bad i really like this theme too. fix this if you can keep up the good work

I didn't defragment my disk for a while, so I didnt see this problem.
Its fixed in the incoming update.
