It is the version 3, which means it has been updated 2 times. The issue with IE7 and black background it has been fixed, but for some unknown reasons still appears to some computers. Thanks nohart

Wonderful! Way better than Vista itself. I've used Vista ultimate, but I switched back to XP. 
Glad to know that I don't need Vista to get such a fantastic skin like this one.

I hate to nitpick because you did a great job. I'd be giving this skin a perfect score, but I've been using the discontinued Longhorn 5203 skin forever now and I got very used to the compact start menu. If you had a compact start menu substyle this would be my favorite. Even without it I still use it on my laptop. Thanks for your hard work.
