You have to get WindowBlinds after you installe it !!...find the folder of windowblinds...after that you create a folder X-FHL.
After that you download the skin, you put iton your desktop !!..after that you open the zipped file after that you copy all the file and you paste it in the folder in windowblinds (X-FHL).......if it dind't work send me a other email at [email protected] ....
