Now My Opinion 
It's a very very light skin. Both in quanity and color. But does still look smooth with what I can see.
The List:
- Can't see the "show hidden icon" button too well in the task bar. (Make it more define so people can see it)
- Start button is really light and the graphic seems too small for the button. (Make it more defined and fix it up a little)
- Skin the Log Off/Shutdown area
- It seemed like you over used the heart in the envenlope icon
- Skin the Menu of the apps or make it stand out more
- The Apps that are open in the task bar blend too much in with the task bar (You can't tell what is what and if one of the apps is active *example would be blinking a color other then the background*)
To sum it up, Define the objects more with like a gray, black, or darker color, skin more of the

I had downloaded this before my computer decided to go insane on me and I really, really liked it. Gonna snag it again right now because I have a screenshot idea.
