This is just as neat as the blue X-Cella theme. I like this one a lot as well. I especially like how it looks at nighttime in low light. The animation in the Start Menu is pretty cool too. Well done.

Thanks for your comment. The Matrix isn't binary, true. But X-Cella is. Thus, "X-Cella Matrix" was meant to be as is.

very nice skin although i have a suggestion, the minimize and exit and restore buttons are very hard to see, perhaps if you could make them more visible it would make this skin more enjoyable. great work though
