Thats a unique way of doing the scrollbars. I like it. Cute animation on the start menu too.

I really love this- and I also love the Deco District buildings in Miami as well- Love the colors they use to paint their houses..
I'm not a fan of the wallpaper , however. I know alot of you men and women will disagree with me over that, but sorry, It's the sort of thing that I feel there is a time and place for, but not for Wincustomize where all sorts of ages of kids visit to get windowblinds for thier computers. No offense, and sorry to sound like a nun here, but I just don't think the horny cartoon wallpaper does this beautiful Windowblinds any justice.
