Hiya OR.....if your interested in creating WBSkins http://www.aleksyandr.com/ has a great tutorial for building one, it's a little outdated, but if you have any questions, a bunch of us over here http://skins.skinartistry.com/ can give you some help
Main thing is to try and create as much of the skin yourself and try to stay away from colorized parts

i think its great but the start button is to plain. i put a start button and task bar from royole xp long and its ok. i am not good at skining. if you would and a new start button and task bar it would be prefect i would put it on all 12 of mt comp. too many i know but ? thanks.
