The link for me points to http://skins3.wincustomize.com/danilloOc/wb/neOS.wba. I changed it to http://skins.wincustomize.com/danilloOc/wb/neOS.wba and I was able to download it.

I've been trying since last night, and nothing. I have emailed Stardock, since there is nowhere to get help here, and like I said, I've been trying for about every hour since 11:00 pm last night. Great skin; alot of detail. The white workspace color makes it very usable even though it's a dark skin. One problem, whenever I switch from the double taskbar to the single taskbar mu system locks up and I need to reboot.
