No... I'm not french (how dare you) AND its NOT a OS issue. If you paid attention to the other comments, you would clarely see others have this same problem, along with others tooooo!!!

And another thing I noticed....
The skin looks soooooo sick with the colours inverted LOL
But, it does appear to have some unsuitable content in it, such as white window boarders and such... but if other ppl enjoy my idea, I think it would be awsome if you made an updated skin with the inverted version in it, or just a seperate skin with the clours changed (Like danil0c's neOS and neOSB)...

Hey Pixel, whoa baby! This skin kicks ass...I love it! You know, it would be nice if you or someone could come up with a nice icon set for this. I'm using "Flooter IP" and it looks pretty sweet. Also, maybe a Winamp skin is in order. Either way this is top notch work my friend. Keep 'em comin'!!

Take it easy gymenii , the reason why I ask is because over at Skinartistry.com this has been said to be the reason - it does behave differently on different languages. Anyway, just checked it with Snowman and got it fixed in this new update so it looks OK on default English systems.
Jos3phs - you can't link to an image on your disk, it must be uploaded to a server The problem have been solved, all you gotta do is re-download. An inverted version could be fun, but very dark don't you think?

This is a lovely skin but i can't run it, at internet explorer won't run...
If I'm the only one, then so be it. But if this is a problem a fix would be so appreciated.

If you want me to show you a picture can you tell me how to upload a picture. On the emotions panel there are all the emotions and an insert image button. When I click that it says error

I'm still not sure how to upload an Image onto a comments page, but I have attatched it to my Profile. If you open my Profile and have a look at my 'Desktop' the image of my problem in a detailed discription is there. It's worth having a look at because even though my loader started working it appears different to yours. BTW could you kindly explain what UIS1Plus is and how it is in your skin. Thanx

omg its fixed now.....this is one of my top 5 favs make a dark version of black and white instead of white and black that would be sweet in my opnion...........

Jos3ephs - glad you got it working. I changed the graphics for the progress bar but didn't change it in the preview. Not that big a difference anyway. And like I said, before you can post a picture in a thread it must be uploaded to a server, you can't do it directly from your harddisk UIS is the skin format, UIS1+ means that more features can be (in this case have been) added to the skin
ozmars - try another skin and see if it still does it, you need to be more specific and give more details about your system configuration, what version of Windows, what version of WindowBlinds?

Errr....
Ok, I can't load my pic... but I could give you a better discription. When something loads, eg: The progress line at the bottom of a webpage, or the percentage line beneath the Download AVI when you download something, appears to be a large black box. So like... I think I have SkinStudio 4.4, but I'm not to experienced with it. The Screenshot that u supplied seems to look perfect. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem to. Because obviously you don't have this problem.
