Usually stay away from the blue-only themes (really enjoy blue/black though) but this is quite the exception. Another fine design, Bryan....Maverick , I assume you mean what application you use to apply it? That would be the latest version of Windowblinds.

it looks good on the screen shot but meh, I didn't care for it once I installed it... Could be good tho
