Very good minimalistic skin - but the titlebar could be thinner... 
The skin is very complete and consistent. Font usage is both visible/legible and consistent. It fits with the skin.
One issue: if a scrollbar is not bordered by a window frame, it gets left open on one side. mIRC channel windows show that *issue*.
Overall, a very good skin (a keeper!).

Sorry, but whilst the general look is nice I find the font too small to be comfortable to use.
