Those icons look like xToon I think they are called, by Yanggee? but recolourized? Meh, I don't know! Still.. great skin MGiff!

OMG you're right! I had the Orion ones on my desktop and Xtoon on the preview SS. I'm so sorry! It is xtoon recolored to match and the cursor is sour apple.
