Okay I just downloaded it- and applied it to my desktop and I have to say its' a "keeper". It is streamlined and non-assuming without being overly simple- and has a nice glossy touch with cool buttons. I'd describe it as "elegant".
The screenshot doesnt do it justice. You have to download and apply it to see. I'ts sleek, subdued and shinyand looks great with the wallpaper or with any wallpaper with cool slate tones.

It's sleek and smooth indeed, but there is 2 problems, one purely preferences type.
First (just preferences) The titlebar and stuff is just too thin for me.
Second is unfounately more serious. The taskbar works allright, but buttons have high contrast, so it's hard to read text there.

I was thinking I may need to make those black or dark gray. Let me work on it. Thanks, and this is really for those that wanted a really thin skin. I'll work on the text though.

I like this skin. For one thing it is original. Your use of horizontal lines is great...may I suggest you take this idea further? Just dont get caught into making OSX type lines.

Not to rub salt into old wounds but... ) I didn't download this because the screenshot just didn't look good. I didn't like the colors, it looked boring. (Sorry)Today, I noticed it again and saw that the comments were at "10" so I decided to read the comments. After reading them, I decided to try the windowblind. I really like it! I'm sorry that I didn't download it before. It looks very different to me than what I saw in the screenshot. It's actually pretty sharp looking, and the wallpaper that automatically loaded with it, fits perfectly into the scheme. I almost missed out on something really good. This is one that I'll use a lot.

This is a great skin! I love that it is so thin leaving more screen to be seen.
