probably a dumb question, but do you need to buy the actual toon-xp suite in order to get your start menu, regular windows and stuff like that in toon? because the blind i downloaded from here only makes my internet windows into the toon blind. the rest of the windows are normal. just asking, i'm kind of a newbie

That is a odd problem You chould not need to use any other softwere beside Windowblinds. Are you running windows XP?

I love the Toon-XP series. You did an awesome job! 
But, I have one question for you. On the FauxS-Toon windowblind skin, You used differant shutdown, restart, and logoff button icons than the button icons in the Toon-XP icon package for IconPackager. Are the icons you used for windowblinds available for download? Also, I have to comment on the Toon-XP Theme. What I don't like about it is the "Bar" that is docked to the right side can only be used on the right side of the desktop. You cannot switch it to the left side. 
Also, the icons on the bar are messed up. The hard drive icon and the first folder icon both link to the same place. The second folder icon doesn't link to anything and you can't edit it. I like to Toon-XP theme for NextStart much better! Anyway, Keep up the good work!!

Is this wb only for XP? If so, I'm pleased to say that I just downloaded it and installed it on my Vista computer and it looks even beter than it did on XP. I am having one issue though, how can I get the wallpaper for it? It was not in with the wb. Thanks!
