No help button. Didn't the original had one?
Combo box has no glyphs on.
Quicklaunch buttons need content margins adjusted so that they are actually rounded (currently the left side isn't).
The XP panel and taskbandgroup menus could do with white text on mouseover, since the background on mouseover is so dark.
Is that minimse button right? Looks like it's been squashed on the right.
Scrollbar thumbs go to half-circles for large text boxes etc.
Inactive windows do not have the glyphs on mouseovering the titlebar buttons.
The corner joining horizontal and vertical windows has transparency in it's image. This is not valid as there is nothing to be transparent to - redraw effects result.
Transparency *is* valid on the corner image for resizable windows, but it has not been used (in fact that image, ExtraImages, appears not to be present at all), resulting in ugly grey squares (eg Explorer). Notice that bit was hidden behind the other windows in the screenshot.
No UIS1 titlebar preview image is included - as shown in the skin preview, this results in there being no mini-titlebar on the WindowBlinds skin chooser.
Grey text looks a bit odd on the shellstyle bars mouseover. Also, the button on those has no mousover or pressed image

Oh, and looking at the start panel again, the font is wrong on the username, and the user icon alignment appears to be a bit off to the right.

um i can see purple showing through on the start menu and ths icon for the start menu is a bit messed up.
also some purple over the open windows.

This is a clean skin and has been done many times in different flavors.
How it got a 7 rating with the graphic flaws (3 so far) is a prime example that raitngs are based on author then skin.

There's a few bugs in it, I won't say what as someone else mentioned them earlier, but overall an excellent skin
BTW, with regards to your configuring windowblinds window, it's different than what I have, what version is it?

I really like this skin, but why can't my maximized Outlook Express take up the full screen as my Internet Explorer can? (This same bug does seem to affect a number of other WB skins too, so I guess this isn't unique...)
