Thanks for this sweet new version of Moon Shadow. My personal version of Moon Shadow features a deep blue title bar and a task bar just like this one.

I guess that Windows 98 doesn't support targa files with Alpha chanel. The buttons of this skin is the best part, because they are very clean and I am proud about it. They give me great pleasure to use them.
