I don't think I've ever loaded a skin that would cause me to have to reformat my hard drive. Are you certain it's the skin?? or could you possibly have opened an email attachment with malicious content?
Anyway I like the skin , but am opting to wait for a new text color before I install. The red is just painful for my eyes. love the way the green glows though. Very pretty. With corresponding text colors, I think it would go well with the Nightvision wall and even pair up nicely with the Nightvision skins for other programs.(one of my favorites)

I still use Win'95 and find that Iben's skins work better that any of the other skins I've tried to use. Mixing Next with Blue gives no problems or lock ups. 
I had no problems with Blackout and appreciate all the hard work that everyone does to enhance my Computer Fun. LOL

Though not yet a skinner but working hard at it, I have a good eye for quality, and this has much. Downloads fast, installs quick, runs great. Mighty fine piece of work Iben, mighty fine if I may say.

I think this skin messed up my computer, I had to completely restore system shortly after downloading too bad cuz it looks very cool
