best one so far, i think. but my user picture in the start panel doesn't have the cool frame it shows in your screenshot, even on 3.19b.

Extremly Clean and "inside the lines" OS style skin. I likes it a lot Tog. Let me say though you really caught me off gaurd with this. You have definatly broken the TreeTog mold with it...

Great skin, but there seems to be a problem with the smart buttons. I configured the smartplugin in the WB config, but nothing happens. I looked in the uis and it seems that there is no button defined to be a smartbutton.

Yes, I'd like it. Perhaps Skinstudio puts some stuff in by default. Your uis file has this at the bottom:

One of my favourites - but a little problem when using XP Pro. I use a double height taskbar and when I logoff or shutdowm, it turns back to default size ???
